Almost 50% of California public school teachers hold a master's degree, which boosts salary.
After obtaining your credential through this program, you can complete a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Teacher Leadership degree by taking only three additional courses.

Earn a Preliminary Multiple Subject Credential and Education Specialist Credential: Mild-to-Moderate Support Needs.
